		<description>Taxes would be a great, I agree, but to get that legislation passed could be very difficult. We need more states to ban plastic bags as well (like CA). Funny how countries like Bangladesh are ahead of us on that front. Thanks for your comment.</description>

		<description>If the impacts of PVC&#039;s are so dramatic, should a tax be considered to make the alternatives more cost-competitive?  If the other varieties are curtains are produced at higher levels, they will likely fall in price, as well.  Plastic bags are already taxed/banned in a few parts of the world, why not curtains?</description>
